HTK - MOBILE TELESCOPIC CONVEYOR ON CART
For transferring bags from vehicle to stockpile or to another vehicle, Mobile HTK telescopic conveyor comes with a cart with 19” wheels, brake system connected to pulling rod, four extendable support legs to level the whole unit, two steel wedges to prevent moving of unit during operation . Can easily be moved by manpower or either with a small vehicle. Two way belt makes it possible to both load to vehicle or unload from vehicle.
Material to be transported: Packaged goods boxes, bags, parcels and bales.
Loading capacity: 50 kg/meter of belt.
Maximum specific gravity of the material: 2000kg/m3
Properties of material to be transported: Non corrosive, non flammable, no sticking material.
The material to be transported should have no cutting, impaling surfaces. The size of the material should not exceed belt dimensions. The pieces should not accelerate on belt during transport.
Belt Velocity: 0,6 – 1 m/s
Extension-Retraction velocity: 0,1 m/s
Functions: Extendable-retractable, tail conveyor leveling 0-25 degrees of angle.
Conveyor running forward for loading, or backward for unloading from truck. Two way conveyor.

OPERATION FLOOR SPECIFICATIONS :
The floor which the unit will be operated on, should be resistant to 1000 kg/m2 made of cement, without any vibration or shock waves. Operating area should be protected from rain and snow. Temperature of environment should be between 0oC and 40o C. Protective measures for hydraulic and moving parts should be taken other than these temperatures.
